Module 2
Specialization in Clinical
Pelvic Work
A deep dive into gynaecological and structural issues
WE SEE YOU
You're doing brave, vital work.
And you've felt the ceiling.
She comes to you having already tried everything. She's been to the GP, the gynaecologist, the pelvic floor physio. She's been told her results are normal. She's been handed a sheet of Kegel exercises and sent home. She’s been recommended for surgery and she’s scared.
She comes to you because something in her knows there is more. That the pain is real. That the disconnection is real. That somewhere in the body she has been taught to ignore, something is waiting to be heard.
You hold space for her beautifully. You bring everything you have. And sometimes, if you’re honest, you feel the edge. The point where your training becomes instinct. Where you’re relying on intuition because you were never taught to go further anatomically.

IS THIS YOU?
You're already doing the work.
But you want something deeper.
You're a skilled practitioner – a bodyworker, physiotherapist, sexologist, osteopath, midwife, or coach – and you're committed to your clients' healing.
You've watched women come to you with pelvic pain, disconnection, and symptoms that mainstream medicine has dismissed or failed to address.
You want to meet them there with precision, confidence, and a complete methodology.
You've felt the edges of what your current training can offer, and you know there's another level.
This is it.
WHATS NEXT?
This immersive six-day training is an invitation to deepen your hands after Module 1, refine your perception, and expand your capacity to hold complexity in the body with confidence and skill. Designed for dedicated bodyworkers ready to move beyond technique into true clinical artistry, this course bridges structural precision, subtle energetics, and intimate pelvic expertise.
If you are an experienced pelvic practitioner and haven't done Module 1, but believe that you can jump directly into Module 2, please contact Ashley or Martin to discuss it.

Schedule
Day 1 – Subtle Foundations in Specialized Pelvic Care
We begin by attuning to the quieter rhythms of the body through an introduction to craniosacral principles—cultivating palpation sensitivity, nervous system regulation, and deep listening. From this grounded awareness, we explore gland balancing to support endocrine harmony and whole-body integration.
The afternoon moves into advanced vulvar work, addressing clitoral bulb prolapse and clitoral adhesions with anatomical clarity, trauma-informed presence, and refined technique. Introduction into the Beaudoin Method approach to scar work training equips you to transform restriction into resilience—restoring mobility, sensation, and function in post-surgical or post-birth tissue.
Day 2 – Structural Intelligence & Pelvic Floor Access
You’ll learn precise rib alignment strategies to support breath mechanics, thoracic mobility, and core integration. The day continues with foundational anal massage techniques for pelvic floor release and point assessment—developing skillful, respectful access to deeper layers of the pelvic diaphragm.
Day 3 – Uterine Positioning & Clinical Application
A clear, practical approach to working with basic uterine retroversion expands your understanding of internal pelvic relationships and symptom patterns. Through supervised general practice, you will integrate previous techniques into cohesive sessions that prioritize safety, flow, and therapeutic intent.
Day 4 – Fascial Continuity & Whole-Body Mapping
Dive deeper into myofascial release with focused exploration of the lateral line, superficial back line, and arm lines. You’ll learn to trace fascial continuity from extremities into the pelvis—understanding how global tension patterns influence local symptoms.
Day 5 – Nerve Pathways & Pelvic Pain
Refine your clinical reasoning around neuralgia, with emphasis on the pudendal and genitofemoral nerves. Gain tools to assess, differentiate, and gently address nerve irritation while supporting client safety and comfort.
Day 6 – Pleasure, Sensory Mapping & Integration
The final day explores pleasure points and the neurobiology of sensation—honoring pleasure as an essential component of health, not a luxury. Through supervised general practice, you will synthesize structural, fascial, neural, and sensory approaches into confident, integrated sessions.

HOW THE TRAINING WORKS
Part 1 — Online Pre-Study
Begins the day your deposit is paid.
Before you set foot in the room, you will have spent weeks inside the material just like you did in Module 1, but with more complex material. The online portal gives you time to absorb the anatomy, understand the Beaudoin approach, and arrive with genuine fluency, not just familiarity.
-
A comprehensive educational platform covering female anatomy and physiology in full
-
Martin's lectures and graphics explaining how each pelvic system functions and relates to the whole
-
Video demonstrations of the techniques you'll practise in person
-
4 weekly live Zoom sessions, each themed around a different aspect of pelvic care – ask questions, connect with your cohort, and deepen your understanding before you arrive
Part 2 — In-Person Training
Six days. Eight hours daily. Rich, intense and more personal.
This is where knowledge becomes embodied. For six days, you will learn by doing or simulating on real bodies, with real feedback, in a container held by Martin and Ashley from the first morning to the last. Unlike Module 1, Module 2 starts to cover complex gynaecological issues that are not always present among the participants and sometimes practices will be more simulations.
-
Live demonstrations of every technique, followed by guided practice on each other with direct instruction and feedback throughout
-
You receive the work on your own body every day. You will not just know these protocols you will have felt them
-
Stream-of-consciousness sessions – fluid, responsive, and deeply experiential real-life sessions done by Martin to show how to run a session and his thought process
-
Training in how to build a complete session arc: how to open, navigate, hold boundaries, and close
-
Eight hours of immersive learning each day, shared with a community of women doing this work for the same reasons you are
Part 3 — Mentorship through case studies
2 sessions with 10 different people, 20 reports, 20 feedback.
-
To fully certify in the Foundations of Women's health, we ask you to offer 2 sessions to 10 different clients over a year, and write a case study and send it to us after each session. We will give you feedback on each case study, which will help you expand your learning significantly before you do more sessions
-
These case studies are done through a form that ask you to detail history of the client, consent discussions, procedures followed in the session, lessons learned, etc. This helps us guide you, review material with you, share new ways to see your client's issues, and push you further in your learning.

THE FULL JOURNEY
Module 2 is a specialization in gynaecological issues.
Here is where it leads.
The Beaudoin Bodywork Method is taught in four modules. Each module builds on the previous ones, taking you progressively deeper into the anatomy, the pathology, the pleasure, and the profound psychological terrain of women's pelvic health. Most practitioners who begin Module 1 describe it as a point of no return. Not because the path is difficult, but because once you see at this level, you cannot unsee it.
Module 1 — Intermediate Clinical Pelvic Work
You are here The complete anatomical and technical foundation. Abdominal, vulval, internal vaginal, lymphatic, and myofascial work. The beginning of everything.
(no prerequisites)
Module 2 — Specialization in Clinical Pelvic Work
A deep dive into gynaecological issues: prolapses, neuralgias, and beyond, alongside a full exploration of pleasure as a legitimate and essential dimension of pelvic therapy.
(prerequisite: Module 1)
Module 3 — Advanced Clinical Pelvic Work protocols for complex gynaecological and structural presentations. The work that other practitioners refer out. After this module, you will be equipped to hold it.
(prerequisite: Module 2)
Module 4 — Applied Sexology
The deepest layer. Sexological issues, sexual trauma, and the intersection of body and story. For the practitioner ready to work at the very edges of healing.
(prerequisite: Module 2)
